Against the odds, Girls Soccer wins MVC and Sectional Titles

By setting their goals clearly and early, the Girls’ Soccer Team showed work ethic which paid dividends as they silenced the critics that believed the girls could not replace their three key graduated seniors. Winning both the MVC and Sectional titles, the ladies proved that it takes a balance of talented freshmen and experienced seniors to win big games.

Mr. Polasko resigns: Hirsch now Head of Middle School

Relatively late in this past summer, it became apparent that drastic changes were going to be made to the administration of the Cincinnati Country Day School Middle School. Mr. John Polasko is not returning as Middle School Head, and Ms. Teresa Hirschauer has taken his place for the year as the interim Head until a replacement can be found.

Girls soccer overcoming obstacles


Though hampered by injuries, the Indians certainly have the talent to go far in the post-season. Star players like senior co-captain Xanni Brown have shown no sign of slowing down their success. Brown has netted ten goals this season, leading the team.
