Sophomore paper narrows scope, moves to History Department


By Sally Portman ’13, Contributor. The sophomore paper is looking a little different this year. The assignment will now be chaired by the History Department instead of the English Department, a move Mrs. Pat Dunn, English Department Chair, sees as “more sensible.”

Alumnus brings new insights to History Department


By Haleigh Miller ‘12, News Section Editor. This semester, the CCDS history department has introduced a new senior history elective, “A Rap on Race.” However, there’s something a bit unusual about the seminar: the instructor is not a CCDS teacher, and he isn’t being paid.
