CCDS artists win 28 awards in regional Scholastic Art & Writing competition

HUMOR: Seven ways to procrastinate

Ten seniors named National Merit Semifinalists


By Amanda Young ‘11, Co-Editor-in-Chief. Ten members of the Class of 2011 have been named National Merit Semifinalist. The Semifinalists make up 18.9 percent of this year’s seniors, the highest percentage of Semifinalists in any senior class in Cincinnati.

Students earn recognition in Overtures and Scholastics


By Rebecca Miller, ‘12, Contributor. Senior Alyssa Magarian and Lilly Fleischmann, ’11, both have been named finalists in the prestigious Overture Awards Competition. In the Scholastic Arts Regional Competition, juniors Ilana Habib and Amanda Young, whose collage is depicted, earned Gold Keys, while Jessup Smith,’10, and Jonas Luebbers,’12, earned Silver Keys.
