By Lilly Fleischmann, ’11, Contributor. In first grade, I was very jealous to learn that Baldur Tangvald’s initials spelled “bat” while mine made the incomprehensible “lrf.” And yes, I think it was about this time that my middle name became the “root” of many jokes… pun intended.

On Tuesday, Dec. 8, CCDS came together for the Fifth Annual Wrap-In. Students from all divisions worked together to wrap a total of over 800 presents, enjoying cookies and holiday songs afterward. The gifts go to needy families in the Cincinnati area.

The UC Bearcats took on the Pittsburgh Panthers in the latest installment of the River City Rivalry with the Big East Conference championship on the line. And the University of Texas Longhorns battled the University of Nebraska Cornhuskers for the Dr. Pepper Big XII Championship.
